Trust Gym is a service by Villa Nueva – Francisco Villanueva, based in Berlin, Germany. For legal information, please refer to our Impressum and Privacy Policy.
Products are delivered via the Kajabi platform and are also subject to Kajabi's Terms of Service & Privacy Policy .

Francisco Villanueva is VAT-exempt in Germany due to his recognized disability (blindness). Therefore, no VAT is applied to our prices.

2. Your Subscription

We offer a range of digital subscriptions:

  • Trust Amateur (Free)

  • Trust Pro (Monthly/Yearly)

  • Trust VIP (Monthly/Yearly, includes physical starter pack)

Depending on your plan, your access may include: coaching sessions, workshops, podcast episodes, community access, and newsletters. Product availability, naming, and content may change over time as Trust Gym evolves.

Early offers such as TrustPlus or Early Truster grant limited access starting mid-2025 (e.g. Trustletter and online workshops), with full access beginning January 2026.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payments are processed via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your Kajabi account settings.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting January 2026, once full access is live. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

4. Accounts & Privacy

To join Trust Gym, you’ll create an account on Kajabi and provide your full name, gender, and email. Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

5. Content Usage

All content remains the property of Villa Nueva. You may stream or download materials for personal use only. Commercial or public use is not permitted.

6. Community Conduct

Our community spaces are built on trust. Please treat others with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove access for behavior that violates this principle.
